I'm sorry but my name is not Nielda!! it;s.. (Nilda Q. Baldicañas). The Adress was good, it is only my name was deferent. and not right! so how can i use that if the name on the card is not correct?!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad place, you are always overpaying and the quality of their products is weak. Replaced my back hub for around 130 euro and after a year it was broke again. I also went their with my girlfriends bike as the handlebar did not move as smooth as it should be. Personnel told me I should replace the entire handlebar for around 100 euro. Went to another place and they told me that the bearings should be replaced, which cost me around 30 euros!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to their incompetence in fixing my bike, I had a crash right after I picked it up.
The explanation was that an intern worked on the bike and they didn't check if my bike was repaired well.
I'm fairness, when I called them they said that they'll help with how they can, so I hope they will take good responsibility
Update: They reached me to make up for the damages I incurred. Appreciate taking responsibility.
