Sehr von sich überzeugt, überheblich. Da diese Firma unsere Anlage auch vor ca. 15 Jahren installiert hatte, rief ich dort an, um die Anlage wieder richtig einstellen zu lassen. Der Chef ging persönlich an das Telefon und fragte in einer sehr unfreundlichen Art, wann die Anlage denn von Fa. Terhalle installiert worden sei. Als dann die Antwort vor ca. 15 Jahren folgte kam seine Antwort; dann suchen Sie sich einen anderen! Dann wurde einfach der Höhrer aufgelegt und das Gespräch würde ohne ein weiteres Wort beendet. So etwas unverschämtes ist mir bis dato noch nicht unter gekommen. Kleinere Reparaturen scheinen hier nicht rentabel genug zu sein. Ich habe mich dann an eine andere Firma gewandt, die bereits in kürzester Zeit vor Ort war und den Fernsehempfang wieder hergestellt hat. Fa.Terhalle werde ich in diesem Leben nicht mehr anrufen, wenn ich eine Störung an der SAT Anlage habe. Sehr von sich überzeugt After a storm our satellite dish was blocked.
