★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Chose this hotel because of the high reviews and the manager & staff were friendly and helpful. But can't rate this hotel high because my room wasn't cleaned the next day after we left for more than 10 hours. And parking at night when the hotel has no lights or street lights made it hard to park. Overall the stay & hotel was okay and clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is excellent. Very close to the airport but also close to shopping area of Hoofddorp which is very nice. Bed is super comfortable. Room was clean. Breakfast had sufficient choices: boiled eggs, croissants, cereal, yogurt, etc.
Would recommend staying here.

The breakfast buffet was absolutely disappointing, it's more of a self service sandwich buffet.
The hotel itself is not far away from the downtown area with lots of shops and quite a few nice restaurants.

I had really bad experience no shuttle from the airport I had to pay for private taxi the hotel promised but of curse didn't get anything yet I've expected from this big group to me more professional...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel and Staff are great! No question.
However we found that this hotel is next to big construction site of residential property with heavy machinery working on site. They start working at 06:00 and 2 glasses windows are not good enough to protect your sleep. Construction just in beginning phase, so take it in consideration if your window is facing construction site that next morning you wake up early.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Betaalbaar hotel met een mooie schone kamer, koffie/thee faciliteiten.
Goed ontbijt ( ondanks corona) .Verse broodjes, gekookt eitje, fruit en verse koffie om mee te nemen naar de kamer. Top! Zeer tevreden. Komen zeker terug.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alex went way above and beyond helping us work out current travel requirements. He was very professional, kind and patient while helping us resolve some travel issues. We love the location, close to Hoofddorp train station. Charming town and restaurants are a short walk. Excellent hotel; our top choice for this region.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently stayed abroad for the first time on business, so I chose to stay with the IHG group hotels close to Amsterdam knowing the brand well.
I must say it certainly lived up to the brands standard.
From arrival, late in the evening I was greeted by two individuals on reception a lovely young lady, and a very friendly young man. (Apologies to the two individuals, I did not catch their names)
They made conversation easy, and we shared a laugh and a joke about the check in process.
Everything was explained perfectly to me and they could answer all my questions particularly around food (not being from the area)
It did not end there, upon ordering food they brought this up to my room once it was delivered and also an iron and ironing board.
I would have collected the items myself, but I thought it was fantastic that the reception staff were happy to bring this to me knowing I'd had a long day.
I had such a pleasant evening whilst continuing with a bit of work, and then completely relaxed for the night.
Breakfast was self service but in time slots, which I thought was well organised, although I would have liked a selection of warm foods.
Upon check out, this was friendly and efficient and left the same lovely lasting impression in my mind.
