The attention was very good they help up to pick a taxi one day that was impossible, everything was very good. The sheets cleans, the shower very comfortable.
I will come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service by the front desk agent and hotel manager. Filthy rooms and unclean beds. Previous guests' hairs are all over the places. Dirty toilet seats with pee stains. Cleanliness is not the top priority on this location amid pandemic. Quite concerning! No wonder why the review ratings are lower than other XO hotels in the town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great option for a budget hotel near several of Amsterdam’s main museums. Tiny rooms, but comfy bed, very clean, newly remodeled, great showers. I had a room with a single bed, and my friends had a double. It’s budget, but didn’t feel like an all night Party spot (or party spot at all). Would avoid if you’re looking for that.

If I have to say something to improve are the pillows imo need to be more larger, but as I said it's my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for 3 nights and loved it. The room was spacious and we loved the layout of it.
The receptionists were all very friendly and helpful. It was also really convenient that we could store our luggage while exploring the town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed there for one night and had the best sleep in three months. Beds are so comfortable you just melt!! The reception staff was really nice and the room was super clean. I booked a single room and was given a double bed so it made my stay even better. Definitely recommend and would stay there again!:)
