★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location for a single traveler or couples. Although the rooms were a little small, they were still fine. The staff were also very interested. I'd say a hotel where you'll be satisfied in general.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is right on the canal. Canal-view rooms ARE noisy as people party in the streets until well after 2am. We, however, did not mind at all. We love the atmosphere and the energy. The hotel itself is very clean and the staff are all very nice. The room is small, but everything in Amsterdam is small! We would stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here whilst on a short business trip. The price of the room was astronomical but I suspect that's typical of Amsterdam. Room was fairly small with a double bed, there was barely enough room to walk between the bed and the wall.
The receptionist was very friendly and there was a good selection of snacks and drinks available to buy. The stairs are extremely steep so take care with children or take the lift.
The bathroom had basic toiletries but the shower curtain couldn't keep the water from swamping the floor. The curtain rail fell from the wall at one point.
I slept well and the views from the room were excellent (3rd floor facing west). TV, kettle, safe and hair dryer provided.
Overall a decent place to stay with only a few minor annoyances.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my friend and I stayed here for 2 nights 25.06 - 27.06 and we are very satisfied. the next time we will stay here too! the reception was very friendly and also spoke german. We know english but sometimes the words are missing so it was really helpful ? We forgot her name but she was there when we checked in, on friday evening. And the day after as well. The other receptionist was Mr Ilgor if we remember correctly. He was also very friendly. See you soon again and thank youu. ? btw it was clean..I almost forgot! And its near to everything you need in Amsterdam. Just ask the receptionist she told us because we had no idea where to go it helped us a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel. You are located right in the centre within the proximity of all popular attractions. We were warmly welcome by Jaron who did not hesitate to advise us on restaurants and bars. The room is calm with a renewed bathroom. We will definitely return, the team is very friendly, the hotel is great and the location ideal.
