β β β β β Staff at the reception wasnβt that helpful or friendly. We had to ask multiple times and repeat questions because their explanation (e.g about parking) werenβt helpful or explained in any detail. They also often talked in Dutch although i asked in English. Otherwise, the staff at the bar was really friendly. Especially they young blond lady. And the service was always available, they answered quickly to all my emails and communication before we arrived was really good and reliable.
SPA
spa offer wasnβt good. There was no whirlpool or any hot water, water to shower and in the bathtub was cold. Poor lightning and not very clean. We came late due to traffic but didnβt stay for one whole hour at all because it wasnβt worth it. However, Sauna and turkish steam bath were working.
Really important note:
During corona only two people were allowed to stay in the Spa. My boyfriend and i were the last people for the day. However, right after weβve left, other people were already in the spa area. So Iβm not sure if the service cleaned the spa after each person. Very disappointing. Sauna and steam bath have to be cleaned! also water needs to be exchanged.

β β β β β Excellent hotel. When we arrived we got a free upgrade. Amazing service at an amazing location. Just a 5 minute walk from the station. Would recommend this hotel to anybody looking for a hotel in Maastricht!

β β β β β Celebrated our Wedding anniversary in Maastricht & very happy with their friendliness & services of all the Staffs at NH Hotels. Overall we're very satisfied, except only I was hoping there were a swimming pool as well at their Spa??

β β β β β Very friendly employees, good breakfast and nice and comfy rooms. The room could have been cleaned a bit better, but apart from that a nice stay and good time in Maastricht.

β β β β β During the lockdown time, all restaurants must close at 5pm. Most of customers have to order online. It becomes cold quickly in such winter time. But this hotel rejects us using their microwave oven because too many customers ask for it.

β β β β β Stayed here during the lockdown for a few days for hospital visits. They provided us with a bigger room for our wheelchair and dog. The services was great. They where always willing to help and provided us with a pleasant stay.

β β β β β Excellent, really enjoyed our weekend stay here! The breakfast is great, lots of options for everyone, and I really appreciated that it's till 11-12. The 5pm lazy sunday checkout was also fantastic, you don't come across late check out like that often.
The room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and tidy. The kettle and tea/coffee in the room was appreciated.
