A	Angela Relle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location in a quiet area near the zoo. An old building with steep stairs. Friendly staff, clean room. Right on the tram route, so easy to get around - you could walk too. Plenty of nice bars and cafes in the surrounding area.
N	Nathan Bell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I make it a point to stay here. Great location, typical Euro hotel room with plenty of light. Great staff. Away from the Insanity of the tourist swarms but an easy walk to everything. Wonderful breakfast, a steal at 10 Euros. Highly recommended.

On our final night, 2 guys who we had never met before were mysteriously messing around with the water hose in the General corridor. We noticed this, but we didn't say anything. 10 minutes later we get an angry knock on the door, from the hotel staff asking why we are messing with the hose. That morning after, as we are due to leave, the older receptionist makes it clear how disappointed she is with our behaviour last night. When we try to explain ourselves, she laughs, and tells us that it must have been us because there was nobody else staying in the top floor. Which was also a lie because we saw a guy walking upstairs that very morning. I was extremely disappointed with the receptionists behaviour, and this clouded my review for this place, she should not be treating paying guests like this. Disgraceful.

We were four sharing a room with four single beds, the beds were very comfortable and the room clean. Staff were polite. Stayed four nights, can't complain.

Staff were always really welcoming and helpful and always happy to offer advice or suggestions on here to go. Would recommend.

Staff was very eager to tell us the history of the hotel and it was just amazing. I definitely plan on staying there again. Location is great and the Cafe down at the end of the block was delicious.
J	Javier Calvente on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked this hotel thorough Expedia for a weekend, but due to the travel restriction of the COVID it was impossible for us to travel so we agreed with them a voucher once the restrictions were lifted. After several communications attempts it is impossible to contact them, they do not answer the emails and if luckily you are able to contact by phone they do not confirm availability. They have just cheated us!!! It is not understandable the way this place have taken advantage of the pandemic situation to steal our money without any kind of clarification, they do not show even a little bit of respect for their customers. Avoid to make any reservation with them they are just simply non trust worthy!!!
