★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice location and the apartment was warm and clean, however the space was extremely small. Also very expensive for what you get, so value for money isn't great. Wi-Fi was patchy at best. Our apartment (if you could call it that) also contained a very steep spiral staircase - didn't even bother trying to take the suitcases up stairs to the bedroom as a result. Overall I was disappointed in this place basically due to the poor value for money and the extremely cramped living space in our apartment. I've stayed in 5 different places around the city and this is by far the smallest and worst value for money. Wouldn't stay again unless I was desperate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though clean very Very small courtyard of holiday aprtments.. good location but!!! affected by lot of noise from transport depot and off loading of trucks council trucks parked next door to the complex from 745 am. The hotel keys collection is 10 min walk from apartment complex and the Spanish receptionist did not give clear directions at all so we were lost

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Modern, clean and comfortable. If your going to spend most of your time sight seeing then this place is perfect to get your head down . Management lives on site for any issues. security is good and location is perfect, with Trams and Metro minutes away and there's good coffee shops and restaurants close by.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment itself is great, but sadly only 1 key. A bit lame when we're a group of 5.
The walls are really thin, one can hear people talking in the other apartments, and it sounds like people are stomping around when they're simply going down the stairs.
Pictures are out of the window and 2 min walk

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am awful experience here. Couldn't control the heating, an apartment balcony could see into our bathroom and the studio looked nothing like the images online. The directions from the hotel sent us miles out of the way and if we wanted to let some ait into the apt you had to open your door to the elements. The location is good but I wouldn't go back here in a million years. Take some advise, use your money better, it's not worth what you're paying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid for my appartment and came to make a check in but woman told me that i need to pay additional costs by credit card, which i didt have, and they cancelled my booking cause i could only pay cash, not card, and i cannot havey money back cause they send their rules only after you pay...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have booked for 10 nights I had to check out on the 3rd night from all the loud noises and disrespectful people staying in the other apartments I have complained on booking and nothing has been done.
Over all the place is not that clean
it was disgusting awful stay.
I don’t recommend this place a single bit
