D	Daan Verheule on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms 57 and 58 are completely uninhabitable due to the ventilation system being on the roof and turning on and off every few minutes, making the entire room shake. We got a new and bigger room at 1am, since we couldn't sleep at all. The service and people were nice though. The rooms were comfortable, the jacuzzi was absolutely great. The rooms could be a little cleaner and there are a few minor things that could be better. All in all was a pretty decent visit.

They also tried to charge us almost triple the price for parking our car. The beds were uncomfortable. The bathtub had strange stains so we did not dare to use it. The refrigerator made such a loud noise that I had trouble sleeping. If you want to be depressed, book this hotel.
L	Lili K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charming old-time elegance (think Vienna 200 years ago), huge modern jacuzzi, in the center of town, attentive and friendly staff, excellent food and drinks. What more can you ask for? We had a beautiful Christmas here, couldn’t be happier with the experience.
L	L S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very charming boutique hotel in the center of Groningen with beautiful details such as painted ceilings and decor referring to the 18th century. The room was spacious and clean, the bed perfectly comfortable. What we enjoyed the most was the jacuzzi in a bathroom with stain glass windows - stunning!! We'll definitely be back! Highly recommended!

W	Wilco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap hotel of decent quality right in the center. My room was spacious enough with a full sized bathroom (quite rare at this price point). Everything is a bit dated but that does not really reduce comfort.

The decorations and atmosphere are very nice , the staff is helpful. The rooms are very big and definitely recommend to have breakfast. There is a bar in the basement and a posh restaurant at ground level.
