Mijn bezoek aan Hour Passion is zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Nogmaals bedankt! I have been very well helped by the staff. 5 stars for the service! Bought two nice Tissots for a bargain price. My visit to Hour Passion is definitely worth repeating. The staff were friendly and helpful. Thanks again!
D	Danny Vanderhallen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heel slecht geholpen. Bij verkorten van horloge band amateurs vd eerste orde. Bij mijn Rado horloge moest het bandje 2 schakels ingekort worden. Bandje ingekort. Wij lopen de winkel uit met horloge om. Half uurtje later valt de horloge bijna van mijn arm af. Wat blijkt er gedaan te zijn. De originele schakelpinnen zijn vervangen door dunnere zodat ze der makkelijker ingingen. Maar ook zomaar uitvielen. Zelfde geld was ik het horloge verloren of was ze gevallen. Vroeg garantie op werkzaamheden zodat dit niet nog eens zou gebeuren. Helaas kunnen ze alleen maar verkopen maar mensen op een fatsoenlijke manier helpen lukt niet. Ben door manager buiten gegooid. Onbekwame manager. Zet hier nooit meer een voet binnen. Na telefonisch contact met de manager bleek niet hij degene te zijn die me buiten gegooid heeft maar een medewerker. Hij heeft me een garantie gegeven van 1 jaar op eventuele nieuwe problemen met de horlogeband. Zo hoor ik het graag en had de dag zelf al geregeld moeten worden als het personeel klantvriendelijker had opgetreden. Very bad help. When shortening watch strap amateurs of the first order. With my Rado watch, the strap had to be shortened by 2 links. Shortened strap. We walk out of the store with a watch on. Half an hour later the watch almost falls off my arm. What appears to have been done. The original shift pins have been replaced by thinner ones so that they go in easier. But also just fell out. Same money I had lost the watch or had it fallen. Asked warranty on work so that this would not happen again. Unfortunately they can only sell but help people in a decent way is not possible. Thrown out by manager. Incompetent manager. Never set foot in here again. After telephone contact with the manager, it turned out that he was not the one who threw me out, but an employee. He has given me a 1 year warranty against any new problems with the watch band. That's how I like to hear it and should have been arranged the day itself if the staff had acted more customer-friendly.

R	Roya A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a Tissot watch here which was even cheaper than it's original price Switzerland . Believe me I compared it. The staff are helpful and one or two of them can speak Chinese to you, in case you're english is not so good.
