Our story began in 2003 with one customer. After housing their employees in hotels for months on end, it was time for a more cost-efficient and comfortable alternative. We started with 10 business suites (as we then called our apartments) in which they could accommodate their employees.
The start of Htel Serviced Apartments was born. And, without fully realising it at the time, Htel was the first corporate housing provider in the Netherlands. Having a strategic location near the airport, Amsterdam city centre, Zuidas and Hoofddorp, it still is a convenient spot for both corporates and business travelers. Today, we have almost 20 years of experience and are still one of the largest serviced apartments providers in the Netherlands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious apartments and friendly staff. However, bad WiFi connection, the rooms were not cleaned once while I was there and the bathroom floor is permanently wet because the shower has a terribly small cover. No dining options nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good Accommodation i stayed here for 3 months .The location is very good near by to all like metro station, Groceries stores, Shopping center .A room was very clean and specious. A best part that we can cook in the room and has all basic necessary required stuff in the kitchen.
A WiFi is very well managed on all floors .
A overall good stay .A view from windows is very good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not the best but it was decent for what you need. A spacious apartment where you're free to cook your own meals. The place also has a sauna area and gym that you have access to.
Located near a grocery store and decent access to the transport lines. The reception staff were super friendly though! They definitely made the experience for me.
A few points off cause the apartment had a distinct leftover food smell, probably from the previous guests. The good thing is, you can pop the windows wide open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is great. Staff is friendly. Rooms are very spacious. House keeping is good. I was here for 1 month. The experience was good and comfortable. It's a minute away from the bus stop. And 10mins walk from supermarket. It has a 24hour shop which provides basics like soda, munchies, chips etc.. loved the facilities. All in all.. a great choice for a comfortable stay.

Staff behavior: Slow, insensitive, rude and irresponsible
The staff is not sensitive and proactive. During my stay my wife needed medical attention and the staff instead of being helpful only told how it was difficult and it might be costly !! Scaring more than helping. We finally could not get help. I still chose to let this go thinking it might be a one time thing. I was wrong.
A friend of mine is currently staying in hotel. The staff did not put an "out of order" notice/warning on lift. He got stuck in the lift and the receptionist only told him to relax saying lift company would be informed. After being stuck for over 30 minutes when he called me for help saying the staff seemed very casual about the lift issue. When I called up the hotel, the receptionist was not only rude but also questioned why my friend had called me !! Sounding sarcastic how could the hotel guest call his friend in a tough situation!!
Instead of showing empathy and responsibility, the staff who clearly lacked patience, went on to tell me I was exaggerating the situation. He finally disconnected the call in a rude and unprofessional manner. I won't be recommending this hotel to anyone in my organization now.
