Gisteren dr. Schenk bezocht, de opvolgster van dr. van Emden die met pensioen is gegaan. Dr. Schenk is een huisarts die heel toegankelijk is, alle tijd neemt voor de patient en vooral goed kan luisteren. Kortom een prima huisarts! Zowel mijn partner als ik zijn erg blij met haar. Ook wil ik nog even kwijt dat de β€œvaccinatie-dag” erg goed georganiseerd was. Ook zijn we zeer tevreden over het werk van de assistentes.
Yesterday visited Dr. Schenk, the successor of Dr. van Emden who has retired. Dr. Schenk is a general practitioner who is very accessible, takes all the time for the patient and, above all, can listen well. In short, a great doctor! Both my partner and I are very happy with her. I would also like to mention that the β€œvaccination day” was very well organized. We are also very satisfied with the work of the assistants.

Kom hier met mentale klachten, wil verwezen worden naar de psycholoog. Zegt de assistente "de arts is met vakantie". Dus ik vraag kan ik verwezen worden door een andere arts, zegt ze: "Nee, alleen als u spoed heeft". Wat nou als ik mezelf letterlijk van het dak wil gooien, hoe is dat geen spoed? Moet ik dus eerst doodleuk 3 week wachten tot de arts terug is van vakantie. En dan nog op zo'n wachtlijst. Als ik mezelf al niet van het dak wou gooien, dan nu wel door deze service.
Come here with mental complaints, want to be referred to a psychologist. The assistant says "the doctor is on vacation". So I ask can I be referred by another doctor, she says: "No, only if you are urgent". What if I literally want to throw myself off the roof, how is that not urgent? So do I have to wait 3 weeks until the doctor is back from vacation. And then on such a waiting list. If I didn't want to throw myself off the roof before, I do now with this service.

Als je je goed voelt, moet je naar de huisarts toe. Want als je je slecht voelt weten ze geen uitweg. Je krijgt antwoorden zoals zoek een andere arts of er wordt boos en eerloos gereageerd. Ik ben al meer dan 20 jaar bij deze praktijk. Laatste 3jaar hebben ze mij zo behandeld dat ik zelfs niet heen zou gaan als ik ergste ziekte krijg. Mensen doe er wat mee. Ik zeg er wel bij. Toen terbraak er was, was alles anders. En mening en hoe ik het ervaar NU weten we. Peace
If you feel well, you should see a doctor. Because if you feel bad, they don't know a way out. You get answers such as find another doctor or there is an angry and disgraceful reaction. I have been with this practice for over 20 years. The last 3 years they have treated me in such a way that I would not even go if I get the worst illness. People do something with it. I will add. When terbraak came, everything was different. And opinion and how I experience it NOW we know. Peace

Ben erg tevreden over deze praktijk. Dhr. Klijn is mijn huisarts.
I am very satisfied with this practice. mr. Klijn is my family doctor.

Not a good practice at all. I can't rate the doctors because the receptionists never let you see them. They basically keep refusing to give either me or my partner appointments for any reason. I'm very dissatisfied.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with healthcare service. They never let you see the doctor.I got my diagnosis 2 months after the test was done, Because they just forgot to tell me... that’s not okey. There were many more occasions where they are very nonchalant and just not serious. The doctor is good at his job but the assistants are just very unfriendly and makes you want to change doctor.

They never take any proactive step to help.They don't update their knowledge, so I have to read the GGD and CDC websites on what the proper treatment is and argue for each step, which makes it take far too long to get treated, and that has made me more sick for weeks now for quite simple things. I don't trust them, which is a very inefficient way to carry on a doctor-patient relationship. The worst thing they've done so far was they didn't tell me when I had a positive test result for two weeks, until I went in for something else, by which time a minor infection had turned systemic and then I had four days of high fever til they gave me the antibiotic, eventually at the right dosage (I had to argue for the modern dosage based on the GGD website, because the doctor doesn't bother to update his knowledge and was trying to prescribe half). The doctors here are impossibly unhelpful and and slow. Avoid if you possibly can.

Remember that, people only leave a review when there are not happy with the service. And all those other patients that are happy dont bother to leave a review. Notice that all the one star reviews have only one review to there account, which means that they have never reviewed a place except this one,So they made one mistake and now its on there reviews forever. Don't let these reviews discourage you from going here. Yes it takes a while before they help you but thats the case at most doctors in Groningen.
