Als het mogelijk was - 5 sterren. Veel personeelsverloop. Mevrouw de assistent die er nu zit is een drama. Zal details besparen. Er heeft periode een prettige assistent gewerkt, plotseling verdwenen. Op den duur maar afspraken op Zeeburgereiland. Daar zit meneer Paul. Meneer Paul is verbaal heel onprettig!!!!!
If it was possible - 5 stars. High staff turnover. Madam the assistant who is there now is a drama. Will save details. There has been a pleasant assistant working for a while, suddenly disappeared. In the long run, but appointments on Zeeburgereiland. There's Mr. Paul. Mr. Paul is verbally very unpleasant!!!!!

Super slechte ervaring met het plaatsen van een spiraal, de dokter leek niet goed te weten wat er gedaan moest worden. Vertelde dood leuk dat ze "wel even goed moest voelen waar de baarmoedermond was omdat ze een andere keer een baarmoeder had geperforeerd.." spijt van mijn eigen keuze om desondanks door te gaan omdat ik het achter de rug wou hebben (vond het al geen prettige ingreep omdat het eerder ook al mis is gegaan bij een andere huisarts, dit heb ik expliciet ook aangegeven!). Goddank was er een assistent bij die haar nog redelijk kon helpen, heb geen idee hoe het was gelopen als zij er niet bij was geweest. De dokter maakt tijdens het uithalen van mijn oude spiraal een schaafwond en het lukt haar niet de andere te plaatsen, waarbij ik heel veel pijn had. Uiteindelijk mislukt het plaatsen en blijf ik achter met een traumatische ervaring. Achteraf zegt ze dat ze "misschien nog maar een cursus moet volgen voor het plaatsen van een spiraal" .. ik zat in shock en heb op dat moment vrij weinig gezegd, maar vind het echt bizar dat de dokter op deze wijze met een patiënt omgaat. Ik ben naar een vrouwenkliniek verwezen, maar door het trauma kon ik de behandeling niet ondergaan. Nu moet ik naar het ziekenhuis voor een narcose om de spiraal te plaatsen, en ik mag daarbij ook nog voor de kosten opdraaien. Zorg dat personeel goed is opgeleid voor de behandelingen die ze geven!! En goed kunnen inschatten of een andere oplossing niet beter is. Je kunt zo mensen voor het leven een trauma geven.
Very bad experience with placing a spiral, the doctor didn't seem to know what to do. Told dead nice that she "had to feel where the cervix was because she had perforated a uterus another time.." regretting my own choice to continue anyway because I wanted to get it over with (didn't think it was pleasant procedure because it has already gone wrong with another doctor, I have explicitly stated this!). Thank God there was an assistant who could help her reasonably well, I have no idea what would have happened if she hadn't been there. The doctor makes an abrasion while taking out my old IUD and she can't fit the other one, causing me a lot of pain. Ultimately, the posting fails and I am left with a traumatic experience. Afterwards she says that she "may just have to take a course for placing a IUD" .. I was in shock and I said very little at the time, but I find it really bizarre that the doctor treats a patient in this way . I was referred to a women's clinic, but the trauma prevented me from undergoing treatment. Now I have to go to the hospital for anesthesia to place the IUD, and I can also pay for the costs. Make sure staff are properly trained for the treatments they give!! And be able to estimate whether another solution is not better. You can traumatize people for life.

Awful HA. They have prejudice against expats, they not trying to keep you informed how much they will charge you and the manager of the clinic will call you back after you would ask the explanation of the invoice to tell you “that he has already spent 15 minutes on talking to you. And he doesn’t want to explain those rules to expats”. Don’t recommend it to anyone,they behave terribly towards non-Dutch people,though they are doctors and supposed to help you. Besides,qualification of the doctors leaves much to be desired. Googling symptoms and making assumptions about your diagnosis without any proper tests-it is their medieval methods.

We moved to this GP expecting the picture painted on their website which was relat'vely good n the beginning. Unfortunately a lot has changed, Practice has high turnover in doctors some of the cexisting with significant biases. Information from doctors you get is sometimes is really interesting and needs proper questioning. Some doctors ask where you are from in the middle of a conversatiion about a medical complaint which is extremely hard to understand. Their behaviour afterwards is even harder to understand. We went to Regional Complaint Officer with the claim of insufficient medical attention and wrong diagnose, as we could not get satisfying response from practice to our complaints. (Unfortuantely this specific Complaint Organization work only in Dutch and do not accept English communication. So be aware you can find yourself alone if you have a serious conflict with this practice.) We transfered to another GP after the incident. I strongly advice to stay away from this practice unless you have legal insurance.

I came here today to get a check of my throat because it has been hurting for 2 days. I made an appointment after having explained everything. When I arrived at the clinic, the assistant at the clinic told me she isnt going to check it for me. I said to her I made my time specifically for this and now you are telling me you dont want to do it and I have to rearrange. What the hell is this way of working and attitude?? Just because you guys did not agree with each other, you made me rearrange my schedule? I told her it is tour problem and Im not going to rearrange. And she was a bit mad. I thought I was the one who is supposed to be mad at this. I would NOT recommend this to anyone!

Unprofessional and incompetent. Twice a different doctor touched me without washing or sanitizing their hands. Once she touched my feet with bare hands, then went straight to her computer to type something, then walked me out and shook the next patient's hand. All without washing hands. Disgusting.

Unprofessional and incompetent. Wasted over an year at this GP and they never could provide any medical assistance. Got referred to the inhouse of Physio instead of providing medical assistance. Lack of medical expertise made my situation critical, this practice must be SHUTDOWN.
