I am very happy with the watch which was accurately described and very well presented in a box etc. It was also a nice touch for them to have added a spare Hirsch watchstrap as was not sure which colour my wife wanted. They also added a lovely book on Cartier watches which will add to the present. So a very good experience with clear pricing, accurate description and excellent service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If trying to sell gold, the unscrupulous staff will try and pay out less than the true value if you are not careful. They have an electronic tester, except they choose to use the archaic acid test method to try and convince you that your gold is of less purity than it actually is. I did not expect this as they were supposed to be recognised for their honesty.
