★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inderdaad, dit is geen bank kantoor maar een "service punt" whatever that may be. In ieder geval geen bank. Ik woon in oud west er was een kantoor in de Kinkerstraat waar je daadwerkelijk voor geldzaken terecht kon. Storten/opnemen/wisselen. Maar om de klant "nog beter van dienst te zijn" vrij vertaald "om nog meer aan de klant te kunnen verdienen" staan er nu op dit nieuwe "service punt" 2 heren in pak uit hun neus te eten. God weet waarom het nog een bank heet. Willen alleen "diensten verkopen" voor geld bank zaken (zoals vroeger) kan je hier niet terecht. Je wordt van het ene filiaal naar het andere gestuurd als je geld wil opnemen of storten. Voor storten moet je een dag vrij nemen en rekening houden dat je op een speurtocht door Amsterdam wordt gestuurd in de hoop dat als je eindelijk ergens een filiaal hebt gevonden waar een apparaat staat waar je kan storten dat deze ook werkt. Maar ja die kans is klein.
Totaal absurd
Indeed, this is not a bank office but a "service point" whatever that may be. In any case not a bank. I live in old west, there was an office in the Kinkerstraat where you could actually go for money matters. Deposit / Withdraw / Exchange. But in order to "serve the customer even better" freely translated "to be able to earn even more from the customer" there are now 2 gentlemen in suits to eat out of their noses at this new "service point". God knows why it's still called a bank. You can't go here if you only want to sell "services" for money banking (like before). You will be sent from one branch to another when you want to withdraw or deposit money. To deposit you have to take a day off and take into account that you will be sent on a scavenger hunt through Amsterdam in the hope that when you have finally found a branch somewhere where there is a device where you can deposit that it will also work. But yes, that chance is small.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the closest ING branch to me, less than a kilometer away. There used to be an ING branch within a 1/4 kilometer, with two geld machines! But since that was closed (months before Covid-times) I never realized this was here.
This is NOT a FULL SERVICE branch, but a service point. So keep that in account.
But anyway, after the government allowed bank branches to re-open with strict restrictions, this is quite nice since you need to make a reservation to prior to arriving. There are no crowds and waiting around in a crowded lobby.
The people who work here are quite nice and friendly. I see them often walking the customers out to the front door and even onto the side walk, wishing them "goedenmiddag" (good afternoon)!
Not much else to say about a bank branch, but with ING shutting down hundreds of these last and this year, I'm hoping this one stays in place!
