m	max lange on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mochten een ring niet vervangen voor een kleinere maat (binnen de 14 dagen), omdat er zogenaamd schade was, (ring was één middag gedragen, en toen we er achter kwamen dat die te klein was heeft die de rest van de tijd in zn doosje gezeten). En die dus gedragen was. Hoe je er achter moet komen dat je een kleinere ring nodig hebt zonder dat je hem mag dragen is een beetje een fout in de regels. En hij kon niet vervangen worden vanwege schade, terwijl er wel een garantie is dat je ring vervangen kan worden bij (grote) schade?! Vreemde, omslachtige en niet klantvriendelijke regels, die elkaar in de weg zitten. Were not allowed to replace a ring for a smaller size (within 14 days), because there was supposedly damage, (ring was worn one afternoon, and when we found out that it was too small, it has been in its box for the rest of the time seated). And so it was worn. How to find out that you need a smaller ring without being allowed to wear it is a bit of a glitch in the rules. And it could not be replaced due to damage, while there is a guarantee that your ring can be replaced in case of (major) damage?! Strange, cumbersome and not customer-friendly rules that get in each other's way.

After buying a pair of earrings in Singapore's airport the stones fall apart after a few usages. Trying to have them fixed or replaced in the Netherlands was a nightmare. Apparently the item appeared as a 'gift product' on their systems and the shop manager say they couldn't replace it for something of similar value, not even after presenting the ticket of purchase including the item number (5136838) and the price (139$). Several visits to the shops later and contact with the customer service number I only managed to get them replaced by another 'gift item' far from the design and price range of the original earrings. This is the last time I'll be buying anything from this brand.
