★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the concept of build your own pasta dish. But I wish the screens and tables showed better what was actually included. You can buy cheese and green topping as extra, but why should you as they put it on for free anyway? I ordered the pesto pollo sauce. I have no idea why they even cared about calling it pollo as there were barely trace amounts of chicken in the sauce. The people working there were smiling and friendly and asked if I wanted baby spinach and cheese on top. As I'm not a fan of parmesan (Julia's call it italian cheese, but it look parmesan like) i said no. So by thanking no to the baby spinach i obviously said no to the ruccola I had already paid for too. Taste was good, but very mild. No wonder why they asked if I wanted additional pesto paste on top.
In short: good concept, but make the ordering process easier and give the customer what they pay for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Julia's. I think this is the best fast food you can eat. Always freshly prepared and you can find on stations. You can choose you favourite pasta and sauce add extras and in couple of minutes you can enjoy. I wish they had also branches on smaller stations and in the cities itself. Maybe one day?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ever so average. Pesto pollo is watery and flavour does not stand out. If it wasn’t for the additional optional pesto on top, I would not have been able to taste any pesto at all. The chicken was very salty and boiled. Nevertheless it’s edible and the price is lower than most restaurants around... Customer service was great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Low quality fastfood. Only good point: they can serve you in circa 5 minutes. But it is tasteless. NOT freshly cooked because all sauces are industrially processed, they come in plastic bags. Heavy to digest (nasty burps after eathing this stuff). Not even by far similar to the Italian recipes that they claim, such as Carbonara, Norma, etc. Finally, they claim that it is "hand made" (fatta a mano, in Italian) but it is a lie. Lies are really not nice, and sorry your pasta is a lie compared to hand made pasta.
