We zijn Curaçao en andere wereldse invloeden op een bord. Onze visie is onze gasten culinair op te voeden en daarmee bedoelen we: leren eten en durven proeven. We koken met ingrediënten uit de Caribische zeeën tot aan de Nederlandse bodem, zonder menu-kaart. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a delicious meal with great service. We booked a table in advance and had the choice of eating inside or out. After deciding Which wine to have with our dinner (they have a nice selection) we were asked if we had any allergies or foods we didn't like. After that they told the chef and we were served 7 courses (6 + amuse). Each one perfectly balanced combinations with a touch of the Caribbean style as promised.
All in all a very nice dinner experience, well worth the price!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ideal setting for tasting the Caribbean kitchen with combined seasonal veg. No menu in the table, just asked allergic for something and let the chef surprise you! It’s just Wow! The food is an explosion of flavours, that bring your palate to the sky, you can choose 5 or 7 courses, I recommend 7 if you are really hungry! Service was great! Delicious food worth every penny!.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though the place was fully packed and we had to wait to start our meal, the staff was really accommodating while we waited. Everyone was exceptionally nice and the Caribbean-fusion food was heavenly.
There's no menu, and you get served whatever the chef has in mind for that day (amuse-bouche, fish and meat appetizers, fish and meat main courses, dessert and digestif). Great wine as well. They take your dietary restrictions into account.
In our case, we got served:
- Amuse-bouche: crab salad on banana leaf crostini canapé
- Fish starter: seared swordfish steak with mango chutney
- Meat starter: chicken with carrots 2 ways and nuts
- Fish main: mackerel on a bed of polenta and mushrooms
- Meat main: lamb loin with roasted yam and sweet potato purée
- Dessert: chocolate cake with cherries, vanilla ice cream, caramel and passion fruit coulis
- Digestif: coffee and reserve port wine
(sorry if any of these are inaccurate, we tried our best to keep track of all the little elements in each dish, while also thoroughly enjoying the night)
All of them perfectly executed and delicious.
Definitely recommend.

Rich taste and combination
The slow pork in potato soup and cold beef with vege is highly recommended.
Friendly service and good environment.
If only the waiting time between dishes could be shorter then it would be perfect. One of the main dish we waited nearly an hour.
Overall very good restaurant, this is already our 2nd time here. Happy with the food both time. Looking forward to taste new set of courses next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was about to give up on eating well in Rotterdam and was on my was to train station when I stumbled upon this gem - French with Caribbean influences, no menu - chef serves you whatever he wants. You only get to choose 5 or 7 courses. So, every dish is a surprise but the most welcome one. From presentation to texture to taste - playful harmony. Impeccably executed every dish leaves you desiring more yet contently satisfied.
