Es wurden alle Sicherheitsvorkehrungen eingehalten und die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und wir wurden sehr kompetent zu Matratzen beraten. Preis-Leistung stimmte und zudem hatten wir eine super schnelle und zuverlässige Lieferung. The appointment process worked out great and uncomplicated. All safety precautions were observed and the staff were all very friendly and we were given very competent advice on mattresses. Price-performance ratio was right and we also had a super fast and reliable delivery.

Die passenden Schrauben wurden mir nach Hause geschickt! Dafür müsste es noch einen Stern dazu geben. Immer wieder gerne! Super friendly and helpful. Collection of goods went great! Unfortunately there were wrong screws in the package but that wasn't a problem either. The matching screws were sent to my home! For that there would have to be an additional star. Always my pleasure!

Wir gehen sehr gerne hin, auch mal um "nur" ein bisschen zu stöbern. In this branch you get really good advice. The staff are always very friendly and courteous. The branch is well sorted, tidy and clean. We love to go there, sometimes to "just" browse a bit.

Gekauft, gefreut und getestet und gescheitert, passt leider nicht. Alles wieder in den Karton und zurück, hatten wir ja extra nach gefragt. Und dann der Witz. Weil wir das Produkt zum Test ausgepackt haben, wird uns nur 70% erstattet!! So macht es natürlich Spaß, etwas dort zu kaufen, wenn die Mitarbeiter unterschiedliche Aussagen treffen. Ich denke, dass vor dem nächsten Kauf überlegt wird, es doch irgendwo anders zu holen. Totally disappointed. Before we bought it, we asked if we could return something if it didn't fit. The seller answered yes. Bought, happy and tested and failed, unfortunately does not fit. Everything back in the box and back, we had asked for it. And then the joke. Because we unpacked the product for testing, we only get a 70% refund!! So of course it's fun to buy something there when the employees make different statements. I think that before the next purchase they will consider getting it somewhere else.
