Leider braucht das Geschäft wohl mein Geld nicht, denn ich soll einfach lieber im Intrnet eine Matratze bestellen. Echt traurig, da möchte man die lokalen Geschäfte schon unterstützen und dies ist dann auch falsch. Echt schade. Vor ein paar Jahren fand ich mit dort gut beraten, als ich das Boxspringbett dort gekauft habe. Naja die Zeiten ändern sich wohl. Just wanted to buy a new large mattress for my son. Sie war sehr geduldig mit mir, und beantwortete alle meine Fragen freundlich und erschöpfend. Im Laden selbst war es unerträglich heiss, für die Kunden sehr unangenehm, für die Mitarbeiter, die den ganzen Tag dort zubringen müssen bestimmt unerträglich. Der Laden selbst macht durchaus einen renovumierungsbedürftigen Eindruck. Bei der fälligen Renovierung sollte in jedem Falle eine funktionsfähige Klimaanlage installiert werden. Um so mehr ist die Beratungsleistung von Frau Fey zu würdigen. Die von mir vergebenen 5 Sterne beziehen sich auf Ihre Mitarbeiterin aber ganz gewiss nicht auf den baulichen Zustand des Ladenlokals. She was very patient with me, and answered all of my questions in a friendly and exhaustive manner. In the shop itself it was unbearably hot, very uncomfortable for the customers, and certainly unbearable for the employees who have to spend the whole day there. The shop itself is in need of renovation Impression. When the renovation is due, in A functioning air conditioning system must be installed in each case. Ms. Fey's advisory service is all the more to be appreciated. The 5 stars that I have awarded certainly relate to your employee not on the structural condition of the shop.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und nach meiner Einschätzung kompetent. Das kenne ich von einem früheren Einkauf beim Wettbewerber anders. 5 Sterne sind für mich damit gerechtfertigt. I know that differently from a previous purchase from a competitor. 5 stars are justified for me.
