Fietsstoeltje en boodschappenkratje gekocht en laten monteren, klaar terwijl je wacht. Vriendelijk en tegen een alleszins redelijke prijs. Zeer aan te bevelen voor mensen die een vakkundige fietsreparateur zoeken in de buurt.

Ik ben hier nu twee keer geweest, maar ik kom hier niet meer terug. De eerste keer kwam ik mijn fiets op de afgesproken dag ophalen, maar was er nog niets mee gebeurd en stond mijn fiets buiten de winkel zonder extra slot. Uiteindelijk is mijn fiets diezelfde dag nog gerepareerd, dus dat was prima. De tweede keer wilde ik mijn fiets na vier dagen ophalen (terwijl mijn fiets na één/twee dagen klaar zou zijn), was de winkel gesloten (zonder briefje of iets dergelijks), stond mijn fiets wederom buiten de winkel zonder extra slot en was er niets gerepareerd. Ik heb mijn fiets toen maar meegenomen en op een veilige plek gezet. Ondanks een telefoontje en een smsje geen gehoor gekregen en geen bericht terug. Later begreep ik dat de eigenaar ziek zou zijn geweest. Dat kan gebeuren, maar de manier van communiceren en slechte service zijn voor mij een reden om hier niet meer terug te komen. Ik heb mijn fiets uiteindelijk bij een andere fietsenmaker laten repareren.

Op de website stond dat de winkel om 11:00 open zou gaan, maar toen ik had gebeld hoorde ik dat meneer er pas om 11:30 was. Wel jammer als je er met je fiets door de regen naartoe bent gelopen en nu weer moet lopen naar een andere fietsenmaker. Geen goede service.

Their careness and friendliness was just so amazing! In addition, they do with reasonable price. I recommend them to you!

Good service with reasonable price.

I got my bike into the store due to a flat back tire caused by a thumbtack and was pleasantly surprised that I was told to pick it up after about 2.5 hours. When I came back at the agreed time, my bicycle was not started to be repaired. But I was told that it should be ready after 20 minutes and then it was "luckily" too, as I was waiting outside the door. On the first ride after about 15 minutes, my rear tire was completely flat again. The same day I called them and was told that of course I could come back the same or the next day - from 11 clock they would be there. I said that I would come over in the afternoon at the next day. When I got back to the store at 2pm the next day, there was a note on the door saying that they are not there until 2.45pm. For reasons incomprehensible to me, this was not mentioned during the previous phone call. But nevertheless...When I tried it again at 3.15pm, there was still no one around. So I called the mentioned number, waited 5 minutes and then finally was able to deliver my bike again for repair. At first he did not know about the repair the day before. But he believed it and wanted to look at the bike. When I wanted to pick up my bike repaired at my 5th visit, it was clear that of course they wanted to be paid again. Supposedly I drove into something sharp in the meantime. But they couldn't see anything from the outside of the tire. I was told that it is very common that you drive only briefly through something sharp, you see nothing from the outside but this creates a hole. I was then shown the broken hose with the very small, round hole and the repaired spot. A very large repaired spot (presumably already long before there, because I bought the bike second hand) and a tiny hole, which looked exactly like a thumbtack whole and not as I was told by a shard. Especially because he allegedly didn't even remember me and my bike the first time. But he said that he would be the expert and would see that every day. Kindly, he offered to not charge the new hose but only the working time. So far, I do not understand why an allegedly new hose was used anyways when there is such a very, very small hole! In the end I still had to pay! I would not recommend this store to anyone and will definitely not go back!
