โ โ โ โ โ Rented a studio through KamerRaad. Good and fast service in English and all the necessary papers (contract etc.) were provided in English as well. They were able to arrange everything to suit my needs (such as an earlier move-in date). Not too high agency fees either.

โ โ โ โ โ The agency is very efficient (in particular, I was impressed by the rapidity and professionalism of Sammy, the agency employee with whom I was in touch). The way the rental contract is arranged is very serious and the document they provide you with are extremely clear (and in English, if you are an international). The side-effect of all this is the price of the agency-fee, which was a bit higher than I expected. Anyway, this is how rental agencies work in the Netherlands.

โ โ โ โ โ We had a great experience with Sammy at KamarRaad. We were a "walk in" customer after finding the listing ourselves and confirming it in their office window. She helped arrange a viewing the next day. She was extremely helpful with setting up the signing of the lease before the short period of time that we had in Leiden to find an apartment was finished. Also, when we returned the next month to start the lease, she met us at the apartment on her way to work and handed over the keys. She also was very attentive the first month to make sure that we were satisfied and to satisfy questions with the landlord.

โ โ โ โ โ It was a wonderful experience dealing with this agency and especially with Isa, the agent who helped me find a beautiful house in Leiden. I found the listing via Pararius and contacted the agency directly through their website. Isa contacted me on the same day and we setup an appointment for a viewing in a matter of days. She was really friendly and did not let me feel like a stranger to the city during my visit. The agency itself was quick in setting up communication with the landlady and ensuring everything goes smoothly. I highly recommend KamerRaad, and especially Isa to anyone who is seeking an apartment in Leiden! Thanks!
