As it happens I was fortunate enough to enquire about a rental apartment listed by What's Next Real Estate on their website.
Not only was the apartment ideal but the service provide by the What's Next realtor, Lisette, was second to none.
Lisette was punctual, accommodating and very knowledgeable, promptly answering all my questions and nothing was too much hassle.
Consequently any negotiation between myself and the landlord, facilitated by Lisette, went very smoothly.

Lisette, an agent, was very kind in viewing the apartment.
In addition, she explained all about utilities and living taxes, which I was not aware of since I am new in the Netherlands.
The best thing of this agency is a quick response.
Based on my experience with other agencies, it took at least one or a few days to receive response, but this agency replied everything very quickly (only 1 hour).
It saved much time.
I strongly recommend this agency!
