After around 6 or 7 Orders delivered from NL to D im very happy with the Service. Quick delivery, and today i also got a very quick answer to one of my questions from their service. thumbs up :)

Passports are delivered without even checking the ID. I dont know why they are used for delivering such important documents.

This is a totally amateurish outfit. I have been waiting for my passport for almost 4 days now. KDZ claim 24 hour delivery across Europe, my passport was delivered to them by the visa agency 3 and a half days ago. I live about a half hour's drive away from where KDZ are based. When I called customer service to ask when I can expect delivery, they say told me KDZ does not have its own drivers and that they have no way of contacting anyone.

Ordered some stuff in Holland with delivery via KDZ, got a tracking number and when tracking my package it looks like it has time traveled, I live in Belgium and according to the tracker it was delivered to me on May 11 at 13.47 then send BACK in time to them and outbound scanned at May 11 at 04.05, inbound scanned at 06.54 (May 11) and again inbound scanned at 16.38 May 11, and still NO package arrived at May 16 2021

We decided to apply for the Russian visa with a delivery from the Hague by the KDZ express. In the evening of 25.06 the information on their website stated that the passport is received by them and in sorting. On 26.06 at 11 their delivery system said that they missed us at home. It was unclear how we were supposed to know when are they going to deliver. The website stated no planned date, not talking about the time. I called to re-arrange the delivery. It was scheduled between 10 and 14 on 27.06. At 2.37 the driver was not there, the customer service didn't know where the passport is (they figured out eventually) and when the driver will be around. They advised me to complain to the visa centrum, cause they have an agreement with them, not with me. Apparently, they don't care about anything if they are not paid by me. Really awful.

One of the worse courier service and why embassy has been choosen. They did not deliver the item but they updated it as delivered in their portal.. I continuosly follow up and they say they will deliver it as they are holding it...

Very very bad experience from KDZ express, for an important document (PASSPORT). On their status page, they mentioned that the package was delivered and it's signed by me (around 08.00 in the morning). But I didn't get that package on that day and I have not signed anywhere. When I called customer-care service and they said, maybe the driver signed it for you (Such an important document). The next day I got the parcel, the man put that parcel through my door and ran away. He didn't ask me for any sign or anything for such an important parcel. Is this is the right way to handle passport-like documents? Also, what is the use of the status page? When I am reading the other reviews here, I am happy that at least I got my parcel.

When I called customer-care service and they said, maybe the driver signed it for you (Such an important document). I continuously followed up and no response from them. this is the right way to handle passport-like documents? Also, what is the use of the status page?
