M	Marieke Gerkema on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Op de terugweg van mijn werk viel ik met mijn fiets, en kreeg hem zelf niet meer op de rit. Omdat ik dichtbij deze zaak was, heb ik hier om hulp gevraagd. De ene collega ontving mij behulpzaam, hartelijk en met een kop koffie die hielp tegen de schrik, en de ander stelde zijn lunchpauze uit om mijn fiets weer rijdbaar te maken, waardoor ik na een uur weer verder kon. In zo'n zaak kom ik graag terug! On the way back from work I fell with my bike and couldn't get it back on the ride myself. Since I was close to this case, I asked for help here. One colleague received me helpfully, warmly and with a cup of coffee that helped against the shock, and the other postponed his lunch break to make my bike drivable again, so that I could continue after an hour. I would love to come back to such a case!

Kersten is de enige gespecialiseerde racefiets winkel in Nijmegen die ik ken en ben te lui om een andere te zoeken, maar ik ben er eigenlijk bijna nooit met een tevreden en/of prettig gevoel vandaan gekomen. Ze hebben mooie dingen en helpen je in principe niet slecht, maar ik heb altijd het gevoel dat ze klanten zo snel mogelijk uit de winkel willen hebben en dat lachen ze geld kost ofzo. Ook de kwaliteit van de reparaties is wat mij betreft matig. Seriously: probeer deze winkel te vermijden als je van 'prettig winkelen' houdt. If I have the time I now go to Mantel in Arnhem. Kersten is the only specialized road bike shop in Nijmegen that I know of and I am too lazy to find another one, but I hardly ever came away with a satisfied and / or pleasant feeling. They have nice things and in principle don't help you badly, but I always have the feeling that they want to get customers out of the store as soon as possible and that laughing costs them money or something. The quality of the repairs is also poor in my opinion. Seriously: try to avoid this store if you like 'pleasant shopping'.

Er werd alle tijd voor mij genomen. Ik meen dat de verkoopster Seline heet, Een maand later een fiets gekocht met wat bijbehoren. De opties werden kosteloos op de fiets gezet. Ik merkte na een tijdje dat de versnellingen/derailleur niet helemaal goed stond afgesteld. Dit hebben ze meteen in de winkel gedaan. Mogelijk zijn dit soort speciaalzaken iets duurder dan internet, maar ik zal hier absoluut weer heen gaan. We mogen blij zijn met dit soort winkels in Nijmegen. C	Cheraar Baars on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mooie winkel, veel kennis in huis en fantastische service. Het plezier in fietsen mede dankzij Rob Kersten weer terug gevonden!! Met mijn spierziekte verging mij langzaam het plezier in fietsen, kostte te veel moeite. Na, op advies van Rob, een proefrit te hebben gemaakt op de Isaac Proton Hybrid was ik meteen verkocht. Het plezier was weer helemaal terug. Ook maar meteen een Isaac voor mijn vrouw gekocht en samen maken wij, met een steuntje in de rug, weer fantastische tochten. The staff is competent, but I was a bit underwhelmed by their interest to be generous about repairs shortly after purchase.
