Ik heb een product ontvangen die het niet doet (universele lade meenemer). Hierover heb ik twee e-mail gestuurd maar tot op heden niks gehoord. Ik ben blij dat het geen grote aanschaf is geweest. Ik zou dit bedrijf hier namelijk niet op vertrouwen.
I have received a product that does not work (universal drawer catch). I have sent two e-mails about this but have not heard anything so far. I am glad it was not a major purchase. I wouldn't trust this company on this.

Ordered 10 sets of sliders. They were poorly packaged and several arrived broken. We also needed one size larger due to poor advice about how the Blum's need to be fitted. Had to send several emails to get replacements. It took 7 weeks for replacements. I had to drive 45 minutes to swap them. But I can't have them, because..... I stored the old ones in the box they were delivered in. When I returned them I was told that they have some dust in them and don't run like new so they won't exchange them. Had they been delivered in the proper boxes from Blum then there would have been no chance of them getting any dust on them as they have proper lids on the boxes, nor would they have been broken. Instead they were thrown in a feeble box not strong enough for transportation or keeping dust out. The man could have told me to keep them dust free in one of the many emails or phone calls we exchanged but instead he says nothing and then makes a huge deal out of it when you return them and refuses to change them because he says he can't resell them. He did say though I could pay something to exchange them. Well if he can't resell them, how does it work that if I pay some money, all of a sudden I can get them exchanged???? Seems a bit like getting my leg pulled. He didn't agree it was up to him to tell me to make sure they were kept dust free. But he sure made it my problem. Well maybe he should spend less time arguing afterwards and more time being useful upfront. At Keukenlade.nl its incomplete advice, rubbish packaging, long waits for exchanges, no clarity on the returns (I even had to drive there to swap the broken ones) and then its all the clients problem and not Keukenlade.nl.
