β β β β β This is a very nicley designed youth hostel. Every room has its own topic with nice placed details. The room was very clean and the bed were comfortable, we had nothing to complain about. In this hostel they rent private rooms for different amounts of people, a lot of double rooms as well. You have your own bathroom and so a lot of privacy. So if you search a hostel with a high amount of privacy, then its the right place.

β β β β β One of the best hostels I've been to. The staff was very polite and the place is really really clean. They are also open as a bar which can give some noise to the rooms but not too much. Big enough kitchen and fridge-space to the amount of people staying there which they have a really good system for; that you place all your stuff in a white box and write your name on it. The location is great with walking distance to the city center but without having the city noise to disturb. There's also the tram line going right outside of the entrance. I'd definitely stay there again.

β β β β β Totally waste of money. Just stayed for a day with my friends in a 10 bed dorm. They collected the full price beforehand while booking a week ago. Also the rooms they provided lacked proper ventillation. The beds in the room were like bunker beds with no fall-proof support. Also bath towels are not free. I would suggest to book some other hotel for a bigger price than to sleep here.
Kitchen also lacks utensils and clean glasses. Poor ventillated bathroom. Shower controls are a waste of time. Also no bath towels, soap or such complimentary things which we usually get in all forms. Bath towels are charged at 3β¬ per piece.
As a whole the hostel doesnot look so cool. The graffiti on the walls look like cheap quality flex boards and most of the rooms are dimly lit. No proper bike parking place.
The only thing I would like about this hostel is the presence of guitar and a snooker table.

β β β β β This Hostel dorms doesn't worth the amount. We were 10 people in single room and they charged us 328.5 Euro for 1 night stay.
Room:
It's just one single room roughly 20 m2 for 12 people. With 2 deem lights, ventilation is not working. 4 * 3 Banker beds (it's very difficult to climb this beds). Common bathroom (6 shower) and toilets (only 2).
They didn't provided any washroom utilities like soap, towel, shampoo etc.
You have to pay extra 3 Euro to rent a towel.
Common kitchen:
Kitchen looks good but they don't have proper glasses to drink water (there were only 3-4 glasses I found in whole kitchen) and they don't have proper utensils to cook anything. The kitchen is common for both staff and guest.
Common Area:
Basically it's a bar so immediately outside the door you will gona find the reception. There is parking space is there but not properly managed (cars were parked randomly so it was quite difficult to park and takeout the bicycles)
Staff:
Staff were neither bad nor super nice. They were quite neutral.
Price:
Kingkool is charging huge amount for this services.
Suggestions:
Fix the ventilation issue in dorms.
Don't fill the peoples like goats in room.
Bring more utilities in kitchen.
Improve your behaviour towards customers.
Overall our experience was with respect to dorm rooms and it is complete negative.

β β β β β They don't have female bedrooms. Me and my friend stayed there for three days and we were supposed to stay for a week. We couldn't there were more than 3 guys that kept harassing us. We couldn't sleep well cause we were feeling unsafe. We didn't feel like we could report to the reception because our safety could be compromised in that environment. In the last day, we packed our stuff and told the hostel everything about our situation. They didn't care, they said that we should know that hostels have people like this and they could change our rooms, but they wouldn't give our money back. Every room there was mixed bedroom, and the problem wasn't with only one guy, and only in the bedroom. The guys harassed us in public areas too.
I want women to know the condition of this place, and how they deal with women safety before booking in this place, because they definitively won't warn you about it.
