L	Lisa Mahr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ganz Tolle Praxis, sowohl die Ärztin selbst als auch die Dame vorne am Empfang sind sehr nett hören gut zu und sind sehr einfühlsam. Es wird Rücksicht auf die Eigenarten des Tieres genommen welche nicht immer angenehm sind,.(was ich echt super finde) hat das Team sehr gut umgesetzt. Man hat uns gut Beraten ist kompetent auf jede Frage eingegangen und unser Hund ist ohne Stress wieder aus der Praxis raus gegangen. Können wir nur weiter empfehlen. Und wir kommen definitiv wieder hierher ?? Great practice, both the doctor herself and the lady at the front desk are very nice, listen carefully and are very empathetic. The peculiarities of the animal are taken into account, which are not always pleasant, (which I think is really great) the team implemented very well. We were given good advice, every question was competently answered and our dog left the practice without stress. We can only recommend it. And we will definitely come back here ??
C	Chris Pauen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nette Praxis, nehmen sich Zeit... Aber was ich nicht so gut finde, daß die eigene Ehefrau draußen bleiben musste trotz 2G.... Ansonsten sonst sehr hilfsbereit... Ach und noch ein Nachteil, man darf sein eigenes Tier am UNTERSUCHUNGS - TISCH nicht festhalten bzw. unterstützen... Nice practice, take your time ... But what I don't find so good is that your own wife had to stay outside despite 2G .... Otherwise otherwise very helpful ... Oh and one more disadvantage, you are allowed to have your own animal at the EXAMINATION - Do not hold or support the TABLE ...
S	Sara Piernikarczyk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naja, eher unzufrieden, war wegen den ersten Impfungen da. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle in Ordnung und nett. Ich kam mit einem Welpen aus Polen zu ihnen und als Begrüßung wurde ich direkt angekackt, dass ich gar nicht mit dem Welpen hier sein darf, wegen Auslandszucht (Züchter ist jedoch qualifiziert gewesen und auch Papiere hatte der Kleine auch.) Zweitens, als ich dann die Rasse gesagt habe, hat sie mich und dann den Hund angeschaut mit den Worten: Das werden wir ja noch sehen. So als ob ich Lügen würde. Wer weiß warum, aber als sie erfahren hat, das der Welpe aus Polen kam, war sie sehr angriffslustig und auch arrogant! Wusste nicht mit der Situation so recht umzugehen, da ich ein solches Verhalten von einer Tierärztin nicht erwartet habe. Sehr unangebracht und Neukunden so zu behandeln, ist nicht besonders angebracht. Zweites Treffen war sie wie ausgewechselt, aus welchen Gründen auch immer. Fazit: Suche jetzt einen neuen Tierarzt, denn zu Kleintierpraxis Kolbig möchte ich nicht mehr hingehen. Well, rather dissatisfied, I was there because of the first vaccinations. The staff were all fine and nice. I came to them with a puppy from Poland and as a greeting I was pocked directly that I am not allowed to be here with the puppy because of foreign breeding (however, the breeder was qualified and the little one also had papers.) Second, when I did I said the breed, she looked at me and then the dog with the words: We'll see that later. Like I'm lying Who knows why, but when she found out that the puppy was from Poland, she was very aggressive and arrogant too! Didn't really know how to deal with the situation because I didn't expect such behavior from a veterinarian. Very inappropriate and treating new customers like this is not particularly appropriate. Second meeting she was changed, for whatever reason. Conclusion: I'm looking for a new veterinarian now, because I don't want to go to the Kolbig Small Animal Practice anymore.
T	Tanja Und Chris Rittman Und Pauen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben einen neuen Tierarzt gesucht, da unser alter in Rente ging. Dafür haben mein Mann und ich beide Urlaub genommen. An der Praxis angekommen verwehrte man uns den gemeinsamen Zugang und begründete das mit Coronaschutzverordnung und es wäre alles zu eng (die gibt das allerdings nicht her, es gibt nur eine Empfehlung der Bundestierärztekammer)! Das hätte man bei der Terminvereinbarung sagen können, zumal wir bei normalen Ärzten gemeinsam eintreten können! Wir haben beide einen 2G Nachweis, stammen aus einem Haushalt und sollen nicht gemeinsam in einem Raum sein? Hier wird m. E. nicht sehr im Sinne des Tieres gehandelt. Hier sollte die Praxis sich überdenken!!! Nachtrag: Bei der Behandlung und Untersuchung war mein Mann sehr zufrieden da unser Hund sorgfältig untersucht wurde. Gespannt auf den nächsten Termin den ich dann wahr nehmen werde... We were looking for a new vet because our old one was retiring. For this, my husband and I both took a vacation. When we arrived at the practice, we were denied joint access and justified this with the corona protection ordinance and it would all be too tight (which does not provide that, however, there is only a recommendation from the Federal Veterinary Association)! You could have said that when making an appointment, especially since we can go to normal doctors together! We both have 2G proof, come from the same household and shouldn't be in the same room together? In my opinion, they are not acting very much in the interests of the animal. Here the practice should rethink itself! Addendum: My husband was very satisfied with the treatment and examination because our dog was carefully examined. Looking forward to the next appointment that I will take then ...
T	Tobias Becker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider wurde ohne mit uns Rücksprache zu halten oder uns zumindest darüber zu informieren,Meldung an das Veterinäramt gemacht weil unser Kater den wir aus einem Privathaushalt haben,leider einer Qualzucht angehört. Es folgte ein unangekündigter Besuch durch das Veterinäramt. Die Empfehlung das Tier chippen zu lassen,da er Freigänger ist,wurde uns allerdings nicht gegeben. Unfortunately, without consulting us or at least informing us about it, a report was made to the veterinary office because our tomcat, which we have from a private household, unfortunately belongs to torture breeding. An unannounced visit by the veterinary office followed. However, we were not given the recommendation to have the animal chipped because it is a free roamer.

Die Beratung ist top und sowohl Frau Dr. Kolbig als auch das Team nehmen sich wirklich viel Zeit für die Patienten und die dazugehörigen 2Beiner. Ein herzliches freundliches und kompetentes Team! My dog boys and I feel very well looked after in the practice. The advice is great and both Dr. Kolbig and the team really take a lot of time for the patients and their two-legged friends. A warm friendly and competent team!
J	Jana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waren heute mit unseren beiden Katzen zu einer Kennenlernuntersuchung nach Tierarztwechsel da. Hierbei wurden Sie auch direkt geimpft - Impfpass gab es in einer sehr schönen Schutzhülle. Alle in der Praxis waren sehr nett und sind sehr behutsam auf die beiden eingegangen. Zum abwechselnden lauten Mautzen der beiden gab es einen Witz, der auch mich und meinen Partner zum lachen brachte. Bei der Untersuchung durfte leider nur einer von uns körperlich anwesend sein. Mein Freund habe ich dann (mit erlaubnis) per Videotelefonat zugeschaltet. Zum Schluss gab es noch viele gute Tipps, damit unsere Katzen die Untersuchung in Zukunft vielleicht weniger stressig erleben. Were there today with our two cats for an introductory examination after a change of vet. You were also vaccinated directly - there was a vaccination certificate in a very nice protective cover. Everyone in the practice was very nice and treated both of them very carefully. To the alternating loud moaning of the two, there was a joke that made me and my partner laugh too. Unfortunately, only one of us was allowed to be physically present during the examination. I then connected my friend (with permission) by video call. At the end there were many good tips so that our cats may experience the examination less stressful in the future.
