Final destination Dubai - they should have noticed that the RTPCR not mentioned in report and warned me. Instead I was stuck at Amsterdam as they did not let me board the Dubai flight due to this. By the time I got the corrected report from my lab in USA (which mentioned RTPCR) my test was already out of the 72 hr window. So had to take test in the Amsterdam airport again and also stuck for 24 hrs. Very careless and disconnected/lack of communication among staff.
O	Ola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m traumatised By this airline. Second (I was trying to give them one more chance) and last time. Everything about this flight was a mess, 4 flights connected all delayed, rude staff, no leg room, 1 hour on the phone before because they keep texting me I need to check in and it shows your flight is unavailable, hot af on the plane, we were literally sweating, I honestly got trauma when it comes to this airlines. Never again. Good luck
D	Deswegen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So booking with KLM apparently means if other people pay more for your seat on the plane, they cancel your seat and offer it for more money to other people! Second time I booked and they tried to give me another flight date although my original booking I already paid for is still available on their site just for WAY more now... And then don't even think about calling them because they will hang up on you anyways because the waiting line is longer then 45 minutes....
J	Jason Wymer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a flight to Thailand with a transit stop in Amsterdam. 4 days before my travel date, KLM cancelled the flight to Thailand from Amsterdam without even a notification; it was just by luck that I was monitoring the app; otherwise, I would never have known!! Not only did they cancel my flight to Thailand from Amsterdam but they kept the flight from departure destination to transit destination with the possibility of stranding me in Amsterdam without a connection flight... plus I upgraded my flight with Miles but these won't be refunded THIEVES!! Very hard to contact someone using either social media or the telephone numbers provided. I would strongly advise using a more reliable airline as you really could be left with a big problem..
M	Marcus Woodard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Could KLM make it any more difficult to fly? Their system is beyond flawed in Amsterdam. They say they partner with Delta but their systems could not be any more disconnected. Each instance of flying with them has been a nightmare. These kiosks never work and you have to take a number. Then they yell at you for missing your flight. At all costs avoid KLM and Delta flights.
