Poor airline, lost my 3 check in baggage from Amsterdam to Prague. I left Prague and I'm in Moscow, still baggages have not been transferred to my address.

This office seems beautiful to me. Though it is little far from the HQ office but its ok to sometime go there for a visit. They also have a good coffee.

Buggy app. Customer service is useless. KLM used to be my favorite airline, but everything about them (including flight experience) became low cost (except tickets)

Unbelievable!!! My bag was lost. We waited for our luggage for over one hour, every other passenger was gone, we went and ask for our bags and at KLM customer service desk. A representative tells us that our luggage was on the system and that we should for another 15 minutes. See I had only 24 hours to be in Amsterdam; anyhow, I was not leaving without my bags. Eventhough they suggested it many times!!! After 2.5 hours and 3 or 4 inquiries from my part the only response I got from her (KLM Customer Service) was that my bag was in the system and that I had to either wait or go. Thank God another KLM member saw how desperate and hopeless I was and she came to the rescue. This lady went talk to her coworker (that other despicable woman I had begged to multiple times during the past 3 hours) (to send someone look for my luggage) (as I couldn't obviously go look for them myself or I would have) or send someone go check "the system". Anyhow, it took 10 minutes to this compationate lady to find and retrive my bag from "the system". Yes! That easy. If it was not for that lady (KLM representative also) who was kind enough to emphasize with me, I would be still at the airport. KLM get more good ladies and less despicable representatives. Make sure who you give your sits to deserves it. Sometimes the prettiest fruit is not the tastiest.
