โ โ โ โ โ I book the flight and my card was charged they were claiming that there is no payment from my side to turkish airlines bank account and yesterday after 6 days denying the refund the amount, they promised if money was transferred they will issue the ticket for sure but now they are even not replying my feedback.
Ticket which I need to book for my mother now is triple, about 1000, who is responsible for this ?????????

โ โ โ โ โ This is not a Turkish Airlines reservations number, do not need to call them for any questions about Turkish Airlines policies or your reservations. The man who answered my phone did not even introduce himself, he was rude and had zero knowledge about Turkish Airlines. He proclaimed that Scheduled Change I was given with sudden 6-days layover at my own cost in Istanbul was "pretty good choice" I was given and he hang up the phone on me and never answered the phone again! Do not call this place for Turkish Airlines! It is not related!
