★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We flew via Tui airlines from Amsterdam to Las Palmas on Gran Canaria on OR581, January 6, 2022. My wife left her sciatica cushion in the terminal after we had boarded the bus that would take us to our plane. As we walked up the steps and onto the plane I expressed to the flight attendant our concern and asked for assistance in getting a message back to the terminal in order to secure the seat and have it delivered to the plane before we left. If that was possible. The flight attendant listened with empathy, made no false promises and simply took the information down and said they would do what they could. And they came through with flying colours!! What would have been a terrible flight for my wife was avoided because of the dedication and care of the TUI flight attendants and supporting staff. I thank them for their commitment to excellence. Great job by the folks who are “the face” of the organization.
