★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place for toiletries, cosmetics and other household stuff. I have mixed feeling about staff attitude. People at the billing section were friendly and helpful but another staff member in the store was indifferent. May be she was having a bad day :/

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I was there for some shopping around 15:50! An employee (A tall fat file with dark hair) was talking with her friend! I approached her and kindly asked her if she can help me with something ! She turn to me and She says with a very rude tone “can’t you see I’m busy?”! I told her that I thought she was having a personal conversation and that she doesn’t have to be rude! She looked at me and turn her back to me! Not even apologised ! It’s obvious that management doesn’t care at all about the customer service if she could get away with something like that! From now on I’m going to Etos! Employees there are more high quality !
