Professional and high quality curtain service. Our order was perfect. *changed my review from 5 to 3. I had an odd experience there, after spending 1000's of euros there and being a repeat customer, I asked to leave my goods there after paying to quickly look at another shop. The attendant was very friendly and said that's fine. I came back to get my stuff and was greeted with distain when the attendant grunted at me while fetching my goods. Shoppers looked at me like I was a thief. Can only describe as a weird an unnecessary experience.

There is not a large selection of interior goods, but the staff is very helpful and i love the taste of fanitures they have. For this reason, I go there often. It is very nice to be able to buy fabric for handicrafts!

Horrible after sales service – a money grabbing company​​. I purchased a curtain from them but unfortunately the order was wrong. I went back to them asking to correct the curtain with my own expense of course. They told me that they cannot send the curtain back to their atelier and that I would have to buy a new one. I tried to sort this out with employees in store as well as the floor manager who was condensending and borderline rude (she would not even tell me her first name :S). In other words, once they have gotten your money they do not care about their customers. They need a serious training on customer service but above all they need to understand that happy customers are those who pay their salaries. Apparently they don’t understand that without happy customers (and there are not many based on other reviews too) they will soon be out of business and job… Their prices might look attactive but you pay the difference as a customer later. Very bad experience, go elsewhere for your curtains if you want peace of mind and quality.
