30 mins later I was back on the road !!
A very big thanks to the people of La Souris for helping me by quickly replacing my defective battery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doesn’t deserve even one star if i could give none, i would. Here’s why: First of all TERRIBLE customer service, in fact, the worst that i have ever dealt in my life. When you call them, always they clearly show you that you just annoy and disturb them, not willing to help. Bought new scooter, after one month i already started having problems,when i called them to fix that, i had to make an appointment, earliest time after two weeks. Because scooter was barely driving i took it to another bike shop and fixed it with my money. This has happened several times in last few months (always called them to fix it, they never had time) . And now, after only 4 months of having a scooter it literally doesn’t even start! People from the other bike shop checked and said that it’s impossible to fix it i have to take it to the place where I originally bought it. I called them, and guess what, they don’t have time! It’s insane! Extremely disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a pretty good experience purchasing a scooter with the team at La Souris. They try to make it as fast and convenient as possible when it comes to the ordering, paperwork and insurance.
I do not have any experience with them concerning post-purchase but until now it has been a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All right at the beginning, once you have finished paying for it, the scooter starts creating problems one after the other, horn button blown after a pothole, broken odometer after 4000 km, ovalized brake disc, full of rust! I have recommended this company to many friends at the beginning who bought it, same problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company ever!!! Be aware, they won’t help you when needed. Waited for the scooter a really long time, a lot more than what they said when selling it. After JUST 2.200 kms the counter and speedometer doesn’t work anymore + the engine and exhaust is full of oxide and sounds like a TRACTOR. The boss asked me for more than 50€ just to fix the counter. Really disgusting the way they treat the costumer. I’ve got 3 friends they bought the same scooter and 2 of them got exactly the same problem with the counter and oxid. The boss comes with the excuse that he has to take it out from his salary to fix it for free. Good luck if you planning to buy something from them! They better close the shop or change that “boss”. Treat better your costumers and stop making FAKE 5stars reviews?
People talking about your business could be the best or the worst marketing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most unreliable people I've ever met, I handed in my scooter for a service, then I got it back, it didn't go faster than 10 km per hour. It stood there for 2 days and they said there was nothing they could do about it.
Requested my money back from the service but they claim my scooter was delivered in good condition. Because of this they don't want to refund me.
Please never buy something from this shop!
RE: They said they answered my complaint by email, the only thing they did was lying!!! For all people that are interested in buying something here. PLEASE DON'T!!
