I never really wear Lacoste but today when I passed by I was intrigued by the sales so I walked in. The atmosphere inside makes us feel so comfortable and we ended up buying 4 pieces.

He listened to my needs, showed me several options and we iterated from there, until I found what I wanted. He had great knowledge about cuts and fabrics, with a great eye for details and was very attentive during our whole interaction.
This is how customer service should be, period!
