When we visited the store, there were almost no other clients but several members of staff none of which greeted us nor offered their help although we ended up spending both time and money in the store.
It feels like the store had its best days in the 90s including their music selection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered clothes and after a few days they sent me an email stating item has been sent to me. Track and tracé code tells me that no package has been offered to shipping company. Trying to contact them only results in pre-written emails about that i should have patience or that my email was forwarded to a department. Canceled by email but no reply. Asking for a conformation resulted in another pre-written email that cancelling was not possible. Huge regrets of using their webshop. Now waiting till eternity before getting my money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a joke this company is... Placed an order and they blocked the amount on my credit card. One day later I get an email saying they don't have the shirts in stock, however the amount on my credit card for the order remains blocked for 4 weeks (internal procedure)???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent there almost 1 hour just to learn there's no way to pay any other way rather than by cash, and there was no way to use an ATM either, because the shop was going to be closed soon. They could have at least notified somehow at the entrance, as it was completely unexpected.

The jacket was worn and had a rip in the right shoulder.
Customer service didn’t really bother to give me a fair compensation.
Figure it out.
