De persoon in kwestie, ging met vakantie zonder dat er ook maar iets gecommuniceerd werd. Uiteindelijk waren de vve kosten die op funda werden aangeven 2 maal zo hoog. Geprobeerd in conclaaf te gaan, maar zonder resultaat... Vragen over opheldering werden agressief beantwoord. Uiteindelijk een afspraak kunnen maken met de 'bedrijfsleider' op lokatie, kreeg ik een eenmalig bod toegewezen van€200,-. De goede recensies hieronder, is geschreven door personeel.. Baggerboeren! Goed opletten voordat je iets ondertekend! Last year bought a garage box via long hall, communication very bad. They could deliver within 2 weeks, far from it. The person in question went on a holiday without any communication. Ultimately, the VVE costs indicated on funda were twice as high. Tried to go into conclave, but without result ... Questions about clarification were answered aggressively. Eventually being able to make an appointment with the 'company manager' on location, I was allocated a one-off offer of € 200. For us, it is the no-brainer go-to agent of the area. The prices are fair and they work transparantly. Thank you for helping us out time after time. They have helped us sell and rent out appartments. Always good advise from start to end. I would highly recomment this real estate agency. I also like the fact that the whole team knows a lot about the listed houses so that you do not have to wait for the right person to be available. You don't see that everywhere.
