★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were assigned a temporarily apartment in the Bachman straat via my employer. The apartment is nicely situated near embassies and our company headquarter. The house was clean, secure and there is plenty of parking space. It was provided with linnen but what we missed was a small welcome pack with some stuff for the kitchen: hand soap, dishwasher tablet, washing-up liquid etc. The kind of pack you find in a holiday house when you rent it. The rest was all ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented a flat for 6 months. Service offered by hello housing is excellent, always very helpful, be it for improving WiFi connections, for small problems with boiler, etc... They listen to their customer and act very quickly, always in a very friendly atmosphere. I can only recommend their services! Thanks to the hello housing team, best experience so far in NL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After having retired from the Dutch Foreign Service after almost 40 years of service and many postings abroad, we came back to my home-town The Hague and stayed for almost 9 months in an appartement of Hello Housing (HH) at Oostduinplein in The Hague, while house-hunting lengthily for permanent living quarters in crowded Netherlands. The rented accomodation was still very new and well equipped with (almost) everything one needs. Plenty of parking space in the underground garage. Contacts with HH were easy and customer-service was up to standard. I can recommend HH to especially expats looking for this kind of accomodation in The Hague and surroundings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello Housing really took a lot of the stress away with having to find accommodation. As new expats in the Netherlands, we had no idea about utility providers or wifi etc, so having this all taken care of allowed us to focus on settling in and finding our feet. Everything in the apartment has been thought of from towels, bedding, hair dryers, vacuum cleaners, step ladders, cutlery etc. You really just arrive with your suitcases :-). I would highly recommend to anyone new to the Netherlands, who wants all the admin of a new home taken care of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Communication with Hello Housing was very positive, quick responses to requests and always willing to think along. Our suggestions to make the stay even better: - some extra kitchen utensils, such as more cutlery, plates, bowls, cups, etc. Also some extra storage space in the bathroom. Even though the furnishing was okay, the apartment also could use some renovation to make it up to date again. But overall, we were more than happy and would definitely consider renting again. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at Louise Henriestraat for 3.5 months and had awesome time during our stay. The apartment is very well designed and furnished to all needs of expats as well as families. We have a 3 year old son and the house is also designated safely; does not contain any risky furniture or sharp objects. Main bedroom has upper quality bed and the wardrobe is pretty big to accommodate our clothes.
Parking is awesome, so clean and well maintained. Location of the house is also amazing. Walking distance (4-5 minutes) to shopping street and 8-10 min walking distance to central train station. There is a tram stop 100 meter away from the entrance.
Lastly, hello housing staff are very friendly and helpful. Would recommend anyone that needs a pleasant stay
