★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am Argentenean and Le Clochard has the best steak I have tried in the Netherlands so far! The service was great, chill & cozy atmosphere and the fondue very good too. Loved the fireplace and beer selection. We will definitely come back the next time we are in Utrecht.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only is the food delicious, but the service is OUTSTANDING! We came here for my husband's birthday, and even though I had to send back my meal 2 times due to errors and undercooking, they were so nice about the whole thing I was blown away. Normally having my food messed up twice would call for a personal ban, instead this restaurant handled the situation so well that I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know.

Cozy feeling of a tavern with a nice fireplace to sit around and enjoy a nice drink or some nice spare ribs with friends!
It is small and somewhat crowded so reservations are advised.
Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my first date night end there with my now boyfriend! This Sunday we gonna eat here again! Great cozy place! In winter there is the most nice fire place where you can drink your cold bear or your Irish coffee around! :D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I have eaten what was possibly the best meal of my life. The atmosphere is fantastic with two areas, the larger of which has a fireplace.
The staff was amazing in their service and very friendly.
Do not go here for Michelin star worthy food and atmosphere, visit Le Cochard for good food, good drinks, good atmosphere and an even better price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very atmospheric neighborhood pub, which also serves delicious food. The employees are friendly, the service is good, and it has a very cozy atmosphere especially the lounge seating around the fireplace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and cosy place. I recommend this place! Just make sure to reserve before you plan your dinner because it gets really crowded during the evening. The foods were great! Amazing ribeyes and the possibility to refill 3 times for the price of 1!
The only thing was that the service was slow but that is understandable because it's really crowded. Also since the atmosphere is nice, you get lost into conversation (if with the right people ?) and you will lose track of time.
