★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really helpful patient staff who helped me try on so many different styles. They aren't pushy and they try to make sure you're satisfied. They can adjust/sew your new jeans in the store and you can pick it up later! Awesome customer service. PS. you only get store credit if you return your jeans in the store, so be aware!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and helpful staff, however, I was trying on a pair of 501z Vintage Clothing and the assistant told me to buy them just right as they were going to loosen up... they got softer but not looser, and doing some research I see that they will only get tighter with time (and washes). I know you're not supposed to wash raw denim often but now I'm just afraid to throw 200€ in the bin in case they shrink. I wish they told me to buy them a bit wider ?

They get you genuine Levi's denim fixed for free. They were quick and neat. I got back my favorite pair of jeans and this is really a step closer to a new way! Levi's keeping its promise to become more sustainable definitely alignes with my values! ??
