Die Ärztin und das Personal sehr freundlich waren alle sehr nett obwohl viel zu tun war.Würde immer wieder dorthin gehen ich hoffe es bleibt so I went to the gastroscopy today and felt that I was in very good hands. The doctor and the staff were very friendly were all very nice although there was a lot to do. Would go there again and again I hope it stays that way

Die PatientenAufnahme dehnt sich zwar auf gute 5 Stunden aus, aber die Mitarbeiter haben viel zu tun was aber freundlich gemeistert wird! ? Greetings to urology. Great doctors and very kind + professional nursing staff! The patient admission extends to a good 5 hours, but the employees have a lot to do, which is handled in a friendly manner! ?

Beide waren sehr professionell und haben mich mir mit ihrer ruhigen und einfühlsamen Art die Angst genommen und die Eingriffe so erleichtert. Ich empfehle sie uneingeschränkt weiter. I went to Dr. ma and dr Bleckmann in treatment. Both were very professional and took my fears away with their calm and sensitive manner, making the procedures easier. I recommend them unreservedly.

Man konnte mir helfen, was viele andere 2 Jahre nicht geschafft haben haben, außerdem sind hier alle Ärzte, Schwestern und Pfleger super freundlich und helfen wo sie können. Hab hier noch nicht eine unfreundliche Person getroffen. Danke für alles! I've been here less often and now in November. I feel very well cared for here. They were able to help me what many other 2 years couldn't, and all the doctors, nurses and nurses here are super friendly and help where they can. Haven't met an unfriendly person here yet. Thank you for everything!
s	susanne rothkamm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Tochter wurde heute mit starken Bauchschmerzen 6.5 Stunden in einem Behandlungszimmer geparkt ohne das eine Krankenschwester oder ein Krankenpfleger nach ihr gesehen hat. Es wurde weder etwas gegen die Krämpfe gegeben noch etwas zu trinken angeboten. Zudem erfolgte überhaupt keine Kommunikation seitens des Personals. Auf mehrfacher Nachfrage wurde auf den Personal Mangel hingewiesen. Der personalmangel kann jedoch die fehlende sozialkompetenz und die fehlende Kommunikationsfähigkeit nicht entschuldigen. Nachdem dann nach fast 7 Std Immer noch kein Arzt meine Tochter untersucht hatte sind wir dann nach Hause und werden morgen früh direkt zu einem niedergelassenen Arzt gehen. Ich kann immer noch nicht glauben was wir heute erlebt haben und wie unmenschlich dieses Krankenhaus handelt. Das Personal sollte Nachhilfe in Kundenfreundlichkeit erhalten. Einzig der junge Mann an der Information hat einen guten und kompetenten Eindruck hinterlassen. My daughter was parked in a treatment room for 6.5 hours today with severe abdominal pain without a nurse checking on her. Nothing was given for the cramps, nor was anything offered to drink. In addition, there was no communication at all from the staff. When asked several times, the lack of staff was pointed out. However, the lack of staff cannot excuse the lack of social skills and communication skills. After almost 7 hours and still no doctor had examined my daughter, we went home and will go directly to a resident doctor tomorrow morning. I still can't believe what we experienced today and how inhumane this hospital is. The staff should receive tutoring in customer friendliness. Only the young man at the information desk left a good and competent impression.

C	Chris Palmer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent facilities and very lovely professional staff. I was able to stay here with my girlfriend in the same room when she came down with a kidney infection. If your unlucky enough to fall ill then this hospital is definitely the place to recuperate at.
