★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Mann hat's einfach drauf. Freundlich, kompetent und einen Riecher für mögliche Geschäfte. Neben der Maschinenvermietung, den Garagen und den anderen Dingen die er anbietet, ist er nun auch in die zertifizierte FFP Maskenproduktion erfolgreich eingestiegen und unterstützt den Kampf gegen Corona mit Masken Made in Germany. Meinen Respekt an Herrn Thiel und seine Mitarbeiter.
 The man simply has it. Friendly, competent and a nose for potential business. In addition to the machine rental, the garages and the other things that he offers, he has now also successfully entered the certified FFP mask production and supports the fight against Corona with masks made in Germany. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unfreundliches Personal. Überteuerte Preise für Radwechsel. Vor einem Jahr 60€ komplett und jetzt 68€. Der Mitarbeiter kam mir auch keineswegs entgegen einfach nur ein Schulter zucken. Nie wieder, ein Stammkunde weniger.
Very unfriendly staff. Overpriced prices for wheel changes. One year ago € 60 complete and now € 68. The coworker did not come to me either simply shrug one shoulder. Never again, a regular less.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Freundliches und wirklich gut beratendes Personal! Ganz gleich mit welchem Problem ich kam, bin immer mit irgendeiner Lösung wieder raus und die Maschinen werden gut erklärt!
Friendly and really good advisory staff! No matter what problem I came up with, I always come up with a solution and the machines are well explained!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Durch die Verschleißkosten sehr teuer...
Vorsicht ist geboten. 15 Dosenbohrungen waren bei mir saftige 92,82€ Verschleißkosten (3mm) Dachte man ist günstiger wenn man sich sowas mal mietet aber leider nein, lieber das Geld in die Hand nehmen und sich einen ordentlichen Diamantbohrkopf kaufen.
Sonst wird man hier beim mieten abgezogen. Außerdem kommen auf die Miete (35€) nochmal nicht abgesprochene Servicepauschalen und Versicherungen hinzu.
Service Personal lässt auch zu wünschen übrig und ist unfreundlich.

Caution is advised. 15 box holes were a hefty 92.82 € wear costs (3mm) I thought you would be cheaper if you rent something like that but unfortunately no, better take the money in your hand and buy a decent diamond drill head.
Otherwise you will be deducted here when renting. In addition to the rent (35 €) there are additional service packages and insurance that have not been agreed.
Service staff left a lot to be desired and is rude.

Die Mitarbeitet sind freundlich und hilfsbereit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay, eine Pumpe im Garten mal eben bohren habe ich mir leichter vorgestellt... Nach ein paar YouTube Videos gucken ging es nach Thiel um das passende Werkzeug zu mieten.Doch anstelle mich in mein Unglück laufen zu lassen, wurden mir erst einmal ein paar elementare Fragen gestellt und schnell wurde mir klar, dass Videos nicht alles sind. Ich wurde nicht nur mit dem nötigen Werkzeug sondern sogar noch mit dem Knowhow aus vielen Jahren Brunnenbau versorgt. Am Ende bekam ich alles aus einer Hand geliefert. ROHRE, WERKZEUG ,PUMPE... ALLES AUF Meine Belange abgestimmt und in Profiqualität zum respektablen Preis. Und alles, was ich mir in Reserve mitgenommen hatte, wurde wieder zurück genommen. Das ist Service.

But instead of letting myself run into my misfortune, I got a few elementary questions were asked and it quickly became clear to me that videos are not everything. I was not only provided with the necessary tools but also with the know-how from many years of well construction. In the end I got everything delivered from a single source. PIPES, TOOLS, PUMP... EVERYTHING tailored to my needs and in professional quality at a respectable price. And everything I took with me in reserve was taken back. That's service.
