★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely not a good experience. Had to wait the whole day in the airport since check in at night is only allowed after 8pm (makes little sense during covid, when most convenient connections are not possible). Bathroom was not cleaned properly either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I trusted this hotel the moment before I tried to check in, but unfortunately, I met two receptionists, one white man without hair and one white woman. Their behavior was really offensive and even racist (well i'm Asian). When I asked if I could check in early, that man smiled and said "I'm afraid there's no room today" even without asking me if I booked. Then I showed these two guys my booking confirmation file. The woman just cast a glance at my name and said, "Your mother has paid for you." I felt confused since my mother wasn't here, so I said, "my mother?" You guess what happened? They just laughed. Is this something funny? OK, then that woman told me she confused my name with another woman's name. Finally she said and laughed again, "Sorry, your names are almost the same"? Excuse me??? Wang Lin and Wang Lezhi are the same??? Can you respect the differences among individuals who don't belong to your race or culture? I bet Bos and Vos are not the same thing, right? I may try hard to understand the mistakes you made, but you should have realized it's not funny at all? You both are the most ridiculous people i've ever met? R u the racists?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is the worst-managed hotel I have ever stayed in! This morning, a white male suddenly swiped his card and entered my room. I was eating breakfast at that time. Now I completely doubt the safety and security of this hotel. Although he apologized and left immediately, the matter was serious! The most outrageous thing is that I went to the reception to respond. The staff obviously knew about it, but told me frivolously that the system was faulty, and didn’t say anything more. I don’t like Holland even more. I just need a reasonable explanation and a sincere apology.......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped in for a shower after escaping the hellish staff at Yotelair and was so glad I did. Wonderful and welcoming staff, clean and modern facilities. Towel and all necessary amenities provided. No rush at all. The only problem is finding the damn hotel because this airport has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF ANYWHERE. I asked so many random employees where this hotel was and more than half thought it was outside security. What a joke of an airport. The hotel is not outside security. It is inside security, up the escalator one level just after the F gates. Don't even think about going to the horrible Yotelair - just go directly to the Mercure. It's not even a question if the extra 2 euro is worth it.
