L	Lynette McInnes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Ramada by Wyndham AMS, and will plan to stay here again. The shuttle from/to the airport was great. My room was clean and well-appointed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bike rental was a blast. Though I didn't eat anything, the food I saw being served looked delicious. I especially appreciate Anette, from the front desk, who helped me find my passport, after I thought I lost it. She's a star!

Mine was upgraded for free and luckily I got one of the best rooms on the 6th floor with terrace. They need to work on the meal part a bit more though, breakfast was just ok..

I guess they served some kind of “COVID-safe” breakfast which consisted of a plate with bread, egg, more bread, yoghurt and then even more bread. Did not feel very sustainable since I guess no one eats that much bread. I.e a lot of bread that ends up In the garbage every day. But apart from that it was a surprisingly good experience to stay there. Efficient staff and a nice room. There is a shuttle that takes about 10 min to Schiphol airport and the fare is 5 euro. That is if you dare, it was a reckless and not very nice ride. But again, I can recommend the hotel!
D	Dax Balladares on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are nice and clean. The bathroom although nice I found two things I did not like at all. The water flow in the shower is really annoying, you get barely any water and have to spend twice as long to make sure you are wet and can take off the soap. Then the toilet was not really good at flushing everything, so there I was flushing time after time after time after time... The food, I do not know if it's because of Corona or what, but everything about the food is bad, it's as if everything is frozen and then heat up in a microwave. The food was not great once. For breakfast, they serve you 5 different breads, a yoghurt, one boiled egg, some fruits and some butter and jelly. Problem is, they serve the same exact thing every single day, which means a lot of waste. What if I don't want that, you have no choice ( you don't because I saw a lady ask for just one thing and the lady who was helping her said, no you have to get all of it, eat what you want and leave the rest). So most of the tables I saw ate one or two things and then the rest went to waste. The one great thing about the breakfast was the orange juice, that was the only thing that was fresh. The service was really good though.
