★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing Crossfit box. Open to all skill levels and ages. Diverse set of trainings and possibilities (Oly, Strength, WOD, Teens, Senior, Semi-Pro etc). Knowledgeable coaches and a very open atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great box for an intense crossfit training! Teachers are always willing to show you the right positions and techniques. The place is big, with different spaces and challenging WODs. There are showers for you to use after your exercise. Highly recommend it for a really intense experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located just a short bike ride outside the city of Amsterdam, this is the perfect box for you if you are looking for a Dropin. Super nice reception, great facility and fantastic Coaches who cared even though we were only going to be here for one session. To top it all off, we were even allowed to bring our dog!
Thank you so much for having us, we will certainly come back when in town!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped into the box when in town for a conference with work. Made to feel instantly welcome by the members and coaching staff. The coaching by Dave was brilliant and I even managed my first bar muscle up!!! One of the best spaces I have seen at a box, highly recommend giving this place a visit, you won’t regret it and might also end up with some PBS.
