The restaurant had the unfortunate experience of opening during the beginning of the corona virus days, so might not have gotten as many reviews as it should have gotten until now, even though its clear that with 4.8 and 27 reviews there is definitely a trend going on.
My experience from living 3 years in Amsterdam, this restaurants is now included in my top 5 places to eat, and worth a try. We had the 4 course menu, plus wine tasting, I can only say it is highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing Tuscan traditional cuisine. Top real authentic Italian restaurant. Cannot wait to go back and do the tasting menu. Highly recommend. The chef and owners Marco (two of them) are very nice, hospitable, and passionate about food and wine. Id like to give 6 stars, but then ill never be able to get a reservation. They will be fully booked for weeks. Food is that good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was truly impressed by this restaurant. Perfect from A to Z: service, wine selection and every single meal (I've tried 5 starters, 2 main and 3 desserts...).
This would be a top quality in Italy. Outside Italy it's simply a treasure. Congrats to the owners and to the chef.

One of the best proper italian restaurants I've ate in, surpassing some fancy gourmet places at Tousccany.
The staff was super nice, the red wine they paired with the meal was amazing, if you gonna eat Italian food in Amsterdam- THIS is the place!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was incredible. Everything we ordered was amaZing!! I really recommend the quail with potatoes, the gnocchi was awesome and the tiramisu was different. I would ask them for their cold red wine which was a great way to start the meal.
