Very slow, never had a package without a huge delay. I have been waiting 3 weeks now and my package is still in the Dutch HQ. Even my package from America got here within a week, it makes no sense. When I try to call or mail them, I get no answer. There is literally no support to be found.

My first experience of sending something sold on Vinted from NL to FR and the buyer chose for Mondial Relay. The parcel didn't go further than "picked up" status on the tracker and it's impossible to get in touch with them to find out what happened. Reached a dead end. This possibly gives me a bad review on the Vinted site, when there is nothing I can do to help. My buyer is unhappy and I don't get paid. Absolutely awful service!!!

Mondial Relay are the worst shipping company I have ever used. They have never delivered anything in less than 10 working days which is ridiculous and I have now taken them off of my Vinted shipping options because they take so long to ship and even when requesting help they do not help out. I am a very patient person but I 100% do NOT recommend to use Mondial Relay. Worst shipping company EVER!

Please, anyone, do not use this delivery company!!! If you sell things on Vinted, disable this delivery option! There is no customer service at all in NL of this company: no customer service telephone number, no email address you can contact with. nothing! I lost 2 packages and have no place to report or complain. Never, ever this company!

I have made an order 25days ago through Vinted(from Netherlands to Netherlands by the way) and still waiting! I cannot even track my parcel with the tracking code through the website.. And everytime i make an order or send with Mondial, it takes forever and ever (and ever) to arrive in the destination. It is really furstrating to have no update of the situation, even if there is patience and not in a hurry, over a month is ridiculous plus with no information provided about the shipping! Very bad service! Really, either do something about it or close down!! You ruin your reputation! (2 stars credit because at least they arrive after all even over a month, that's something)

AVOID THIS COURIER!! It's taking them more than 2 weeks to move a small box from Spain to the Netherlands (when it was supposed to be 5 days) and have a really poor Customer Service.

Bought something on Vinted via mondial relay : never received the package while it seems to be in a facility ( no address given just NETHERLANDS ) and the state of the package hasn’t changed for 15 days - from Belgium to Netherlands ... more than 20 days now while the seller sent immediately after I bought it. It’s really insane. Don’t give them a penny ! No customer service nada

Absolutely awful service, no response by phone, neither by e-mail. 3 packages lost in 1 month time. NEVER again will I use this company!
