Cute store, cute interior concept and friendly staff. I was a little disappointed by the lack of variety in clothing tho

Expectations of high tea were much higher than what we received. Booking system was terrible, and the service was incredibly slow on top of this. We sent an additional email discussing a nut allergy and booking time, yet they still did not read this. Dishes were frozen goods from a bag and were handed out one by one over the course of 3 hours. The mochi made in house was the only good thing out of all of the plates. Cafe is in back of the clothing shop, and incredibly stuffy. Clothing and shop items were nice to look at, but not for 4 hours.

Expected more, misled by images online. Sadly, I found the product range rather limited. The general concept is fine, the staff was friendly, and my kids did buy a couple of trinkets. Delicious bubble tea in the small cafe at the back of the store is a plus. There’s also a fancy nail bar and a cosmetic corner for Korean skincare fans.

After seeing the pictures on instagram I had pretty high hopes for this place, but it wasn’t really worth my 1,5h train ride. The cafe was small and also the place where the employees sat and worked on their phones or laptop. It felt kind of awkward sitting there eating and talking while someone is just working while facing you. It felt a bit like you were being watched all the time even though it wasn’t really the case. Besides, the food was just air-fried frozen goods. The mochi was pretty good though. The employees were nice ☺️

I think my expectations where a bit to high because of the pictures I saw on Instagram. It's cute but it also looks a bit cheap if you look around. It could use a glow up, like a new coat of paint ? The employees were kind?. But I was wondering why stuff is being sticked on? I mean like some pictures and the brand name on for example on the paper bag. That makes it especially look cheap? Not to be mean but to be honest. Some people may like it and don't look twice at it?. I did like the music ?
