Kleinere Reparaturen an der gekauften Brille werden sofort im Geschäft selbst und kostenlos erledigt. Very detailed and professional advice on well-current state of the art. Smaller repairs to the purchased glasses are done immediately in the store itself and for free.

Das Personal nimmt sich Zeit für den Kunden. Es wird genau auf die Wünsche des Kunden eingegangen, egal wie lange es auch dauert. Die Angestellten bleiben entspannt und zusammen findet man das, was man sucht. Die Anpassung der Brille geht schnell und ist auf einem sehr hohen professionellem Niveau. Aber das wichtigste ist, man bekommt nichts aufgeschwatzt. Es wird nicht versucht, noch ein Upgrade zu verkaufen. Man könnte sich auch eine Bille online bestellen und würde dabei auch noch Geld sparen, aber die persönliche Beratung und das Handwerk, was hinter der Arbeit steht, ist es wert, ein paar Euro mehr zu investieren.
